Our Work, Our Passion
L'Éden Rouge is an agrotourism family business that offers the unique concept "from the farmer’s fork to your fork" through its Table Champêtre, its fresh vegetables, its visits to the farm and so much more!
The owner, Anny Roy, started her business in 2003 with the support of her family. She started by installing three greenhouses: two for growing tomatoes and one for cucumbers. Over the years, the company has grown with the acquisition of new installations and the development of its market. The tomatos, English cucumbers and the live lettuces are the main products sold troughout the region. During the summer, many other variety of vegetables are also available at the boutique, in several restaurants of the region and at the Table Champêtre.
In December 2013, Anny’s daughter, Angèle-Ann Guimond, completed her training in Professional Cuisine at the Institut de tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec. They combined their forces in January 2014 with the goal of introducing diversity to the company. They decided to convert a barn into a dining room to create the Table Champêtre. The abundance of summer harvests and regional products garnish the table at L'Éden Rouge during the gourmet events. Banquets, themed dinners, gourmet tours, workshop, creATive baskets, catering service, and more, enliven this family business!
