Our Work, Our Passion

Healthy eating and high-quality food, respect for customers, buyers and products, and support of local product development and local jobs are the values that inspire us.

The owner, Anny Roy, started her business in 2003 with the support of her family. She started by installing three greenhouses: two for growing tomatoes and one for cucumbers. Today, the site accommodates five: two for tomatoes, two for cucumbers and one for lettuce. During the summertime, they also produce strawberries and other garden vegetable. You will find their products in various grocery stores and in local public markets. You can also stop by the stand at 51 Principale Street North, in Saint-Bruno-de-Guigues.

In December 2013, Anny’s daughter, Angèle-Ann Guimond, completed her training in Professional Cuisine at the Institut de tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec. She joined her forces to her mother’s in January 2014 with the aim of bringing diversity to the company. They decided to convert a barn into a dining room to create the Table Champêtre. They also added gardens to produce various fresh vegetables that Angèle-Ann uses to create the menu of the dining room.

Since she joined the company, Angèle-Ann also offers a catering service.
